Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?

If your order is placed by 12:00 pm EST your order will ship the same day.

When your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking information. You could track your package by logging in to your OhMedical.com Account and click on the account tab at the upper left corner. Or you can go the carrier’s website for the latest tracking information.

Your package will get to you within the range of 1-5 Business days.

Our delivery success rate:

  • 1-2 business days 65%
  • 2-5 business days 30 %
  • 5 days or more 5 %

We also offer expedited services such as Next Day Air, 3-day, and 2nd Day shipping service by contacting costumer service first at 800-676-9266.

How is My Order Shipped?

OhMedical.com ships all orders using the safest, fastest, and most reliable methods possible. Each product that we sell has been examined and paired with a specific shipping method in order to provide optimal delivery.

Small Parcel Shipments

Small, lighter items are shipped via UPS or FedEx whenever possible. Our items do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but the delivery person may use their discretion when delivery your package.

Larger Truck Shipments

  • Power wheelchairs
  • Beds
  • Bigger quantity’s that exceeds 100lbs.

Since many items on our website are large, bulky, or too heavy to ship with UPS and FedEx, we use truck delivery companies. These items are packaged and sent to a delivery agent pick up location. When they arrive the agent will contact you and set up a delivery appointment.

After your shippment arrives.

Once your item is delivered we recommend you to inspect the package or packages for damage. Less than 1% of items shipped through freight experience some damage. If you have a concern or discover any damage, write “Product Damage” on the sheet your delivery agent asks you to sign. In any case please contact our Freindly customer service, This insures that it will be easy to take care of any problem or damage in a quick and efficient manner.

Damaged Orders

All our shipments are packaged in order to insure that you receive your products arrive in the best condition possible. If for any reason, an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please contact us within 10 days so that we can send the missing part or replacement to you as soon as possible. Items returned for a refund are subject to our standard return policy.


Return Policy


Most of our products are backed by a 30-day return policy. If there is an issue with you item, we offer a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a different item.

  • All items must be in a new resalable condition in its original packaging.
  • Must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping costs are none refundable.
  • Returning items may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.


  • Hygienic products are not accepted for returns ones the item was opened even just for testing or check measurements etc.
  • Returns and Cancellations are not accepted on special order items
  • Replacement parts are non-returnable except for an error on our part

Return Material Authorization

Before returning an item, you must first contact Customer Support and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Returns CANNOT be processed without a valid RMA number. Items without a RMA will be returned at the customer's expense.

How to Ensure an Easy Exchange or Refund for your item:
